Return Policy
We will accept Exchanges and Returns phoned in or emailed in to Glitzy Kidz within 5 days after receiving the purchase. All returns require an authorization number. Please call sales office 305-354-4663 or email us at info@glitzykidz.com and explain the reason for the return. Glitzy Kidz will reply with an authorization number and instruction. Please include return authorization number inside the box. If Ruturn is not received within 5 days after you receive authorization number, then a 20% re-stocking fee will apply for returns received up to 20 days thereafter. Exchanges only will be allowed for Returns received between 21 to 30 days. No Refunds or Exchanges after 30 days!
The following items are excluded from Return Policy. Group pre-ordered items, and special orders. Holiday apparel will not be accepted after the specific Holiday.Halloween policy: October 10-31st ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our Halloween policy overrides any return policy mentioned. Items must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure an exchange or return. We reserve the right to inspect returns and deny refunds on items which do not meet this criteria. Damaged, torn, or stained items will not be accepted, please do not return items or costumes in these conditions. Do not try on costumes if you see that it will not fit. Forcing the costume on will damage it. Shipping fees are non refundable. Exchanges will be considered as new orders and shipping charges will apply

Group Pre-Orders (Dance Schools, Theatrical Groups)
Group Pre-Orders are large (three or more of same item) advanced orders made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Group pre-orders placed with Glitzy Kidz will be shipped as they become available. A 50% deposit is expected when placing your order. Cancellations are not allowed once order is placed. Please make sure the order and sizes are correct before placing the order. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sizing Information
Glitzy Kidz has added a size chart to assist you. Please keep in mind that sizes vary between designers. We will gladly measure items upon request.
Shipping Rates and Services
We ship via UPS, US Postal Service's Priority Mail and Global Priority is also available. Please allow 8 to 10 days for package arrival. This time frame allows us to process , package and mail your item. Should you require a faster delivery, call or e-mail us with your request.
